Two generations, one practice

A practice built one client at a time

The firm was founded in YEAR_FOUNDED as a litigation practice. It grew the way small Thai firms grow — one client telling another, over decades. Several of the businesses we advise today first instructed us when they had a single shop.

What forty years actually buys

Not a longer list of practice areas. It buys judgement: knowing at the first meeting which cases will settle, which will run, and what a particular court is likely to do with a particular set of facts. That is the part clients cannot get from a document template.

The second generation

The firm’s second-generation lawyer joined with a different set of problems in view — foreign-owned businesses applying overseas HR policy in Thailand, international couples with children born outside marriage, companies whose contracts existed only in English. The practice expanded to meet them without losing the way it works.

How we work now

Two lawyers, both of whom you will actually meet. Matters are not passed down a chain. Advice is given as a recommendation, in Thai or English, with the cost and the realistic outcome stated at the start.
